BDR - No response accounts

Hi there!

As every BDR, in my company we are dealing with a 40% outbound accounts with no response during our reaching (4 weeks outbound reaching 3-4 contacts per accounts)


I would like to know which actions are you doing in post analysis for this accounts, Nurture them, newsletter, last intensive contacts... any tip will be usefull for me.

a few things to think about, does your company have a way to understand if the emails are actually GETTING to the people? or if they are getting blocked by spam filters?

I would also assume the content you are sending is not specific enough to the person you are talking to. So i would review that and ask your self:
- Am i making my out reach specific to this person / persona?
- would I respond to this is i was sent it?

i would also not send ay newsletters or nurture content unless you know EXACTLY what they want to receive. this could just turn them off more to your outreach.

Hold off for 3 -4 weeks and then try again. Timing is everythng.

Yes, by using multichannel and reaching different people, we connect with more than 50% of our monthly accounts :)
