Best brand for blue light glasses?

I've noticed a steady rise in the usage of blue light glasses in my office over the past couple of months and have heard great things about them. I recently purchased a cheap pair for around 5$ on Amazon, but sadly I haven't noticed any drastic changes other then I look more like a young Austin Powers. I purchased these glasses as I spend copious amounts of time on my computer a day and needed something to reduce the strain on my eyes for all the screen time.

Does anyone have any recommendations for good blue light glasses brands?

P.S I have been told brands like Felix Grey and MVMT are great quality, but I can't justify spending to much for these glasses as I still treat nickels like manhole covers.

They are all the same, I think I got mine from blenders. Pick a cheaper pair no need for the expensive ones.

Still not 100% sure how effective they are but who knows.

I don't think one is better than the other. I use a pair I got out of a FabFitFun box.

Just tried this out... Within 2 minutes I have obtained permanent retinal damage and had to have my co worker type this out.

I really like mine from Amazon. I got a pack of 3 for $15. They actually work well, I was skeptical at first.

I had a pair of Felix Grays. They were expensive and probably not worth it. I liked them tho until they broke

I looked into this last year after I had corrective surgery.

Essentially there is a blue light spectrum that each pair of glasses tries to cover. I can't remember the specifics, but one end of the spectrum is more damaging than the other. I didn't find a pair that covered the entire spectrum.

I went with Glassy - not cheap Amazon, but not an expensive Felix Gray. I used to be a skate rat and followed the company since they started, so I wanted to continue to support. After a year, I 100% notice the difference when I'm not wearing them.

Happy to help when I actually kinda know something.

I did have a pair of amazon glasses that worked well prior to Glassy. They worked, but I definitely notice the low quality.

Bought a pair of Felix Grey's yet haven't worn them in a while. Wish I had a better recommendation other than to say dig on Amazon to find a quality and inexpensive pair.

I use the MVMT ones and I find them super helpful. I have never worn real glasses and I often forget that I am wearing these due to how comfortable they are - https://www.mvmt.com/everscroll/?gclid=CjwKCAjwi9-HBhACEiwAPzUhHMOUv5M3ETU8nToGRgEkQClDVrdLIW3wwEvl-CAcXYXk9XYsnsFJrBoCKWoQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

The film isn't really that expensive or effective on regular glasses. It's supposed to help a little but I get headaches when I'm on screens too long and I have to wear glasses to read jack SHHHH

My coworker got them for this exact reason. His glasses were thick enough for his vision to burn through the screen. 😂

I currently use Gunnar glasses. Nice styles and I honestly don't know if it's just a placebo, but I've found I can go to sleep a little faster after I watch TV before bed.
