Any bright ideas on beat timing to move to a new company in 2023? Factoring in a few things… that the tech market is currently flush with recent layoffs, economic climate, and my potential bargaining power.

There really is no “good” time. Even when lots of ppl are getting laid off that does not mean it’s a bad time to get a new gig. GO find what your looking for.
