Best time to send emails to prospects? Right after their morning beverage is poured.

1. They'll probably take said beverage to their desk. 
2. Open their email. 
3. Sip and scan their first 50 inboxes before the first meeting of the day. 

It's worked for me for over a decade selling SaaS 🤷🏾‍♂️

I just send a carrier pigeon at that point. email is usually dead and even Harry Potter couldn't avoid the fowl mail system.

It's all about timing. After almost three decades of selling software, if they don't have a project, it doesn't matter when you send the email.

Agreed on timing. However, how will you know if they don’t have a project unless you send an email during a time with the highest probability of being seen?

My first boss said best time to email was 9-11 am. Not sure the data behind it but I believe it
