Ive booked the most meetings from emails scheduled to go out after 5 pm on Sunday nights. Old VP taught me that that was when she starts to plan her week and its something Ive done ever since.

I either send my emails first thing in the morning or I wait until the end of the day.

This is going to vary by industry most likely. You might be better off looking at your own companies data. Open/Click tracking is helpful but more companies are putting things in place to block that (Apple is the biggest example). A work around is to look at the times of your INCOMING emails from prospects. While it doesn't answer the question directly it does give you an idea of when your customers are in front of their computers.

I stagger them. Half first thing in the morning, half mid-afternoon.

Personally I have more luck with the mid afternoon emails. I know from my own perspective, I get so many emails between 5pm the night before and 9am that morning, that unless it has a clients name or its internal it isn't getting read. By the afternoon I have my inbox cleaned up so something is less likely to get over looked.

I'm sure I'm not the only person in the world like this. And I think its why I have better luck with afternoon emails. With that said, everyone is different, which is why I stagger them.

Either first thing in the morning or more towards the end of the day as they wind down.

Check to see when most of your opens come. Outreach and Salesloft both have this feature in the reports section
