Been using Apollo and Zoominfo - not sure if there is a better way. Lots of bounced emails and outdated info.

Breathing exercises and meditation. Very minimal approaches, but I've found that when I get stressed, I honestly lose focus on my breathing which leads to my stress.
Realize that MOST things we stress about are usually pretty small and insignificant. Look back at the last 3 things you stressed about, were they really that bad? Did the worst-case scenario actually happen?
Rent a cabin/go camp in isolation with friends or family -- leave all tech off for the weekend, no phones.
