Show them you want to be there and mean it. I donโ€™t mean drink the kool aid but I do mean show them you want to make money and this job is important to you. Be present, join the company stuff you have to join, donโ€™t become bitter and cynical, and make it clear you want to succeed.

Youโ€™d be shocked how many times a new employee doesnโ€™t do this and it feels like maybe they donโ€™t want to be there. Get to know your coworkers, ask them the practical tips on success, set up meetings with other or parallel team managers. Get your name out there and the rest will follow.

People want to work with people who want to be there. Think of every cynical or bitter co worker you had and be the opposite. Donโ€™t cross the line to becoming a corporate drone (companies still only care about the bottom line and they can and will drop you) but make sure people know youโ€™re excited about being there. It goes farther than I can tell you.

Connect. Meet and also shadow them. Learn how they are successful in the role and how they started off when they joined the company, what helped them, what tips and recommendations they have for you.

This approach has always helped me. You can ask your manager to recommend reps/colleagues to shadow.

This but also you might be having 1-on-1 with your manager, make sure to track progress towards your 90 which will make you stand out as a real go-getter

talk to someone from account management and understand why customers actually buy what you sell. even if you have no idea what it does or how it does it as long as you can intelligently speak to the problem it solves in the words of your customer you can go a long way.

Make some personal goals for yourself that you a reference as you move along. When do you want to make your first sale by? Or how many demos you want to do in first week or month? Walking in with something to shoot for will give you some focus and direction.

Make sure to meet and get regular updates with your manager.

In the same position right now - found that talking to the most amount of people relevant to your role is the best way to go. Donโ€™t be afraid to ask questions, even if you think theyโ€™re dumb.

I'd over-rotate on learning more about the problem set you solve for your customers vs. the features/functions of your platform. If you can understand and articulate them really well you will find success in your early sales convos and stand out - even if your product knowledge is limited.
Seconded meeting with as many people as you can in the company - don't neglect cross-functional team members like finance, legal, and product!
