Blue light glasses

I was wondering, should I get blue light glasses.

Do you savages use them? How and when?

Happy with the results?

I have some headaches after long days. I have a lightbar that helps with eyestrain however maybe these work even better?

I got some for free at a conference and I use them on occasion. I genuinely cannot tell if they help except as a placebo. Worth a shot!

It’s almost inevitable. The sad part is, I’m extremely nearsighted. Loved not wearing glasses (thank you contacts). If my optometrist hadn’t warned me that I’d need reading glasses to go along with my contacts, I’d have thought I was going nuts when I started to have trouble focusing on my screen. But here we are.

It’s one of those things that you just trust it helps. there might be benefits if you’re older and get strained eyes a lot, I don’t have that issue, so I wear them so i hopefully never have to deal with that or deteriorating vision

My glasses and contacts have blue light blocking. Plus I also put my screens on night mode and blue light blocking mode.
