On a sales team of 2. We each consistently close 6-8 new accounts per month on average. ACV ranges from $1k-$8k ACV depending on size of client. Clients take a few weeks to onboard. It's a great product.
They are expecting us each to close 20 accounts per month @ 95% outbound. Might get 1-2 inbound leads per month. They "cant justify" spending money on inbound advertising AND paying us for commissions.
Is this realistic? Is my boss off his rocker? Am I just a lazy POS? Would love to hear thoughts. Thanks!
