Can a company block Zoominfo?

I have this company with a good amount of employees (300) and not one person had any email or phone number getting pulled from Zoominfo. is this possible? never really rant into this problem before. once again, prospect.io wins for me

im sure there is a way for a company to block zoominfo. idk HOW but if not one person is in there....thats not by accident haha

Does that company have much of an online presence? I know Zoominfo gets most of their information from websites and pulling from CRMs they are connected with.

Feels like that company might be doing something to block it, but I would assume most companies would try to block it then. I assume C-Suites at most businesses dont like being cold called

When I commented this I remember basically copying and pasting from a quote. I am seeing similar stuff off a quick search now, maybe its just for your viewing?? As in if you link your companys salesforce to zoominfo, it uses your crm just for your viewing. But thats just a guess

I would imagine that there is a something similar to when someone requests privacy from Google Earth. A company could request some level of privacy from Zoominfo.

Great question, no idea but i imagine it’s possible but difficult since zoominfo likely scrapes and aggregates their data from a multitude of different sources but my suspicion is that Linkedin is likely one if those sources…

good question, I definitely have some companies in my territory that have zero people on ZI... I know an individual can request to have their info taken down from ZI, so I gotta figure a company can make that request for their entire company
