Balance is never perfect and if you know that going in you can win.ย  Some days the kids win, some days the job wins but in the end of you do your best you are doing fine.ย  Maternity leave was short and don't spend one minute of your time there thinking about work.ย  I balance it now, my kids are elementary school with the same concept.ย  At least now I can say I have a lot to do today and tomorrow you will get my attention to the kids.ย  It can be done and men do it all the time.ย  Prioritize your success in both areas and know that you will not get the entire list done in either place but if you maximize the top of the list no one cares that the bottom of the list isn't done. Concentrate on the biggest returns in both arenas.

This is such a good question, and I wish there were more women making it work at my company that I could learn from

Also curious... is it even possible?

So, most people I know did not plan on becoming a sales person initially, it just happened. So, curious to know how my fellow warriors here ended up in sales anyway ? The more interesting stories the better..!!

Is it just me or does every company with a sales opening boast a "competitive salary" on their posting regardless of how truly "competitive" it is?
