Hi all,
Currently unemployed AE with experience in longer more complex deal cycles. Tripleseat (a hospitality management software) reached out and expressed interest.
I'm interviewing with the head of People Opps next week. It seems like an interesting opportunity but I have some concerns.
1) Prospects for this role are restaurants which is fine but small sales and I know from some experience not the best folks to sell to.
2) 95% out-bounding. I know this is usually overinflated but this is a lot.
3) I would have to go door to door to these restaurants and demo onsite. This is a big red flag for me.
It's a tricky job market right now so I hope I'm not coming off disrespectful. I just don't want to take the role if I'm going to be miserable.
