Crowdsourcing some help to fix a personal fk up?

Dear WarRoom, please tell me someone in here has a car service hookup in Orlando? Or, at least can comment on early morning reliability of Uber in that town? Your girl here royally fucked up and booked a flight out of the wrong airport at 7am on a Monday morning which now necessitates a 40m drive to the airport with two kids in tow. 

Anyone with experience flying Orlando/Sanford? Can I arrive 30-45mins before flight and be good? Can I count on Uber that early or do I need to reserve a car service? If I need a car service, any recommendations? 

I'm not going to let this incredibly frustrating mishap ruin the trip tho so if you have any Universal Studios recommendations or tips for a mom and two teens hit me with 'em!

1) can you change the flight? Depending on your status and persuasive skills you might get some sympathy from customer service.

2) as others mentioned, Uber has a "schedule ride" feature. I've used it for early morning airport trips and it hasn't failed yet. In a tourist spot like Orlando I'm sure there are plenty of drivers online at all hours.

I had to fly out of Orlando a couple of times, and it was always about 30-45 min to get through to the gate after arrival. I hear it took multiple hours on busy mornings (during the HIMSS conference). It all depends on what conferences/events are happening.

For Uber, it can take a little bit for them to get to you based on location, so art another 10 minutes for that part.

Not from there but I imagine Uber would be functioning. Even if you leave at 5 there’s plenty of folk needing to make a buck - you can also reserve an Uber in advance!
