I need helping creating a CSM resume from scratch. I've been a SaaS full sales cycle manager for two years for a tiny start-up and I'm making dog shit. I have a low base salary and the only opp for a bonus is 5k. I really enjoy the implementation and customer success parts of my job. I want to apply for a CSM role but need to spice up my resume and make it more CSM focused. Any advice? I also fell into this role with zero sales/software background and my previous job was 10years in retail development/ops. Anyone have a resume they wouldn't mind sharing with me or just advice?
I don't have the funds to work with a resume writer. TIA
