I proudly acquire the right skill set and hold 4-5 years of Customer Support/Sales experience. Have been using platforms such as Custom CRM, Salesforce, Salesloft, Genesis, Whatsapp, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, etc. to communicate with Customers.
