Deal Desk... anyone else relate to this one? 😅

I think it's fair to say I have a love/hate relationship with deal desk. I know they work really hard, but when the hardest part of closing my deal becomes creating a quote I want to go full Rambo on their ass (Idk if that movie ages me, but whatever 🤷🏻‍♀️).

I consistently got yelled at for emailing deal desk employees directly, rather than via their alias, at one of the larger companies I worked for. We were also forbidden from slacking them directly on a specific deal...which made things super difficult. They also worked in one of the only walled/doored rooms in the building to keep reps from annoying them.
