Do you know any Remote first company?

Hello Everyone,


I've been in job market for quite a while and it's quite hard to find fully distributed companies. I have managed to find 15 but many of them have said no because of lack of experience.


The reason behind remote first is I am from India and most companies hire in Americas remotely.


Do you happened to know some remote first/fully distributed companies?

Any Ideas?

There are many but hard to hire a rep in India to cover the US

Maybe I can focus on APAC region or European accounts? Do such companies hire for that purpose?

Perhaps. But most companies want US-based employees to cover the US.

I think your best bet will be finding a large American company that has a presence in India.

Rippling. Not only are they remote but the majority of their super small business sales are located in India. Would be a great place to start.

I would check tech companies in EMEA. They tend to hire in Asia but you would be covering territory in EMEA
