I learnt RPA (Robotic Process Automation) not long ago and start to understand that it applies in pretty much everything. Any of you have experience with RPA in your sales ?

Just listened to a talk about RPA for sales and the claim is it automates all your manual, tedious tasks etc..streamlines sales processes. Seems to be best suited for those with lots of steps/layers to a sales process.
I know what RPA is, I just don't see it applying very well to Sales. But I could be wrong too.
Worked for a company that Sold RPA as part of their offerings (business process automation company). We used it internally. Realistically speaking it's good if you've got manual processes e.g you get purchase orders and need to put them onto the system or need to generate quotes etc.
Are you talking about dynamic RPA where you're manually triggering the botflows yourself e.g I want to run it now so press start, or passive RPA where you just run a virtual machine and tell it to watch an email address and if anything comes in it will trigger a botflow.

Best example I can think of is the bot I use to send connection requests on LI. I identify target ICP via search, and it reaches out with a custom message to 30 per day. I’ve been able to grow my LI presence quite a bit for like $29/month.
it can be huge for cold outreach for marketing material
