Does anybody got tech sales job as an SDR recently?

Would love to know about the interview process and number of rounds.

How many people from the company were involved in the interview?

It varies depending upon the company.

It varies HUGELY depending on the company. Smaller companies *should* be relatively quick and simple, as should a good larger company. BUT some of the bigger ones might have a ton of rounds.

It really does vary, but I see 3-4 being pretty standard for an SDR position

I've gone anywhere from 3-4 interviews.

Had one opportunity where they had 4 virtual interviews and then flew me out to their HQ in San Fran for a 5th round in-person barrage.

Agree with everyone here. It 100% depends on the company.

Varies, my friends who recently broke into sales have had 3 stages typically - initial HR screen, one with the SDR Manager, one with the VP or other senior leadership (CEO/CRO).
