I've been trying to organize the sales process for my tech consulting firm. And I need advice on the sales methodology.
We basically develop products/services for large corporations (mainly banks, hospitals, and government). We develop products and services that solve business problems so that means working in the fields of digital transformation, innovation, UX/Service Design and software development.
I need advice, on how to structure the process, the team (roles), and responsibilities.
