No NDA, I think its not wanting to get doxxed. A post with any detail around Bravado Flex quickly will let everyone know John Doe is Kosta. Then they can look at a post about them complaining about a co-worker/leadership or admitting they have mailed it or just how often they post will cause concern on work ethic during the 9-5.

Re: Sales Orgs - Varies, but at any one time there are between 30-70 companies with open roles. In total, over 1,000+ but that's over a 2.5 year period.

Re: Fractional Roles - Since Flex launched in Sept, we've filled ~150 fractional roles. Roughly 15 CRO/VP Sales, 80 AE, 40 SDR, and the rest a mix of sales ops, enablement, etc.

Re: Full-Time Offers - Over the history of Bravado Jobs, ~1,500 offers. Not all offers get accepted of course.

Is Bravado Talent just a different flavor of a “personality test” or aptitude test? Is this just a different way screen applicants?

I have TONS of questions. So many “what ifs…”.

No, it's focused on matching you based on your previous sales success. IE - if you really crushed at as an Ent Seller selling $100K+ deals to CISO/CTOs, we find you jobs that align with your rolodex / prior sales background.

OTOH, we also offer ways for junior / new folks to get their start in sales.
