End Interview Stage - Help with mock Account Plan Panel Interview

I'm stoked and grateful to finally be at the final stage for an Enterprise AM role at a Big 20 SaaS org.

Things to be mindful of for my interview with the RVP of Sales Engineering?

And most importantly, the panel interview where we go through an account plan will be where I either get the gig or not.

Any advice on how to prepare the account plan deck (selecting one of 3 accounts I'd be covering) as I will walk a panel through my process for account planning?

I figure there should be a lot of information and advice out there and I don't want to miss any of it. 

Also happy to DM if people require more specific information, I'm able to pay it back, etc.

Good luck!3 accounts so?-Contacts in those accounts external-Whom do you leverage internally and with whom from customer contacts-Calculate their potential spend... So revenue and then you can Google what company does and how much is the % budget and what does the company you interviewing for charge per user etc-Your plan of attack on how you're targeting those accounts or activities... What are you going to do on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis. Just include everything and anything you think of from calling, emailing, meetings, conferences, anything- Does the company have multiple products... Include a plan for that-How you're going to track the progress... What metrics do you have or have had-Timeline so in first 30-60-90 days, second Q, first year and maybe even 5 year plan

I’ve been let go twice this year from two different orgs so it’s an understatement to say I need this!

This is a cross sell and up sell AM role, I will not be measured against the overall renewal as CS will own that, but I am on the hook as well to not lose customers as I only have 3.

Selling to 3 customers that are in FinServ.
