Not so much “wait and see” but they’re mostly cruising until the new year. So my approach is to just have really laid back conversations with them now, plant a seed of what I can help them with in 2024 and reconnect in January when they start making a push again
Lot of bidding for the new year but not a lot of projects get awarded before/during the hokldays
It’s just a disruptive time of year. My customers have many people out and we are continuing evaluations/demos/negotiations in the new year.
Just had a rep book 84k in acv revenue because of use it or lose it budget.

Everyone is prepping for next year. The spend is done and we are already prepping January and February closes. My group missed the quarter, but made the year. I hit my numbers, so I just need to crush the next quarter and keep the momentum going.
Hell yeah they are, one of our customers agreed on the pilot and proposal, they are even opening a new building in Feb, guess they had some left over funds in the budget
Should have one more, maybe a two, close. But it's not a case of burning money/spending budgets.

I have rarely seen this happen, but when it does it’s really awesome
the ones who wanted to buy are finding money the ones who want to stall are saying they have none
I've never had this happen but still crossing all my fingers for this year. Most of our customers are in the wait & see mode
My folks are all waiting for the new year. Everyone is checked out.
