Hello fellow sales savages,
I’m trying to find the perfect daily routine to make sure I’m building pipe (prospecting and discovery/demo meetings) and closing business (working opps) consistently.
Right now, I try to do prospecting in the morning, taking meetings in the late morning/early afternoon, and doing follow-up work and managing opps in the late afternoon. With that said, I tend to have days where I basically do one activity type I.e full day of prospecting or only follow up work (sweet talking integrations or product teams & negotiating/working contracts).
What works best for you & why?
