Getting Started

Recently signed up and curious how everyone got started with jobs. I apparently don't qualify for any due to incorrect info, the app won't let me fix. 

I am anxious to get started and would love any advice to secure my first job.

I think you’re talking about the Bravado Flex jobs?

If so, it’s kind of a black box situation. I’ve been on the platform for years now and never had an offer from Flex.

There are a few AMAs that give some info but it’s a bit of a dark art. No one really knows a whole lot.

So, I found this app from the founders post on LinkedIn. I was laid off and really need to pick up extra work. He made it seem the app was mostly used for flex work. Now I’m curious what else it’s used for.

Personally that’s not been my experience but I can’t speak for anyone else.

This is an example of a poor user flow. This user doesn’t necessarily want to participate in the War Room. They want to engage with Bravado Jobs and had landed in the wrong environment.

100%. It was happening a ton for awhile, and has slowed down but is obviously still an issue.

They need to stop funneling jobseekers right into the War Room.

Not sure what you mean by this but as indicated I am new and how this app was advertised on LinkedIn was for flex jobs. I’m not the only person who thought this.
