Mid-West. Only looking for remote. Title - Director, strategic sales but possibly looking to get back to middle market. I sell commercial data, analytics and systems: into ERP, CRM, SCM, sales and marketing etc. Role: RM to leader. Comparison: Not supposed to name companies but will say my last company was one in which people were always afraid of getting fired to current where is easily one of the best corporate cultures possible. (Leaving b/c product issues and less than 25% of sales force hit target).

Does Director mean manager or level of IC?

Your comparisons are not helpful. What about the current culture is making it the best? Also are you leaving because youโ€™re not performing or because you want to be on a team that is all on the same level?

I'm just looking for folks to recommend their sales org. or, through silence, not. I am not trying to define a good corp. culture. It is a simple question and one to which folks generally either say yes, I think my sales org.'s corp. culture is good or... not.
