Hey War Room!
I am starting to work on a book to help sales managers. I find that many sales managers know how to sell, but do not have the teaching, coaching, and people management skills they need to lead a team. I thought writing a book that addresses this issue head on would be helpful, but I am struggling to come up with a title.
I know the subtitle of the book will be something like "How to Go From Top Sales Producer to Top Leader". But I want a title that will grab people's attention and get them to take a look.
Any thoughts?
