Helping peers with Sales

So at this new gig for three months more in an Account Management role. Did sales for 6+ years from SDR to AE for orgs from Startups to Large Cutthroat Corporation.

At this place I hear the SDRs spray and pray, and they aren't setup for success based on their scripts provided. I've commented to marketing that I'm happy to help them have better conversations which leads to less dials and better results, but get the "you're new here you don't know better" response.

Any ideas that I can do to help these people and this situation? I understand it's not my place, but without help they are going to get frustrated and probably get fired or leave the company.Β
