ok so if you are doing this solo then you 1000% need to FOCUS. you cant do the whole globe by your self homie!

pick ONE area. think about what makes up the perfect client, REALLY think about this.

then figure out WHERE they live.

then stay there until you have a reason to go somewhere else.

if you try to go to many places you will get NO where.

Welcome to Bravado. Just an email is never going to give the desired results. Dial dial and dial. Remember they get 100 emails from strangers like you :)

Also use cadences with multiple touch points. One attempt will never ever work.

All the best !

First step - define a target audience... Start with one region at a time. Use calls, sequence of emails and LinkedIn

Welcome to the War Room.

I think to sell a job platform, the best mode should be LinkedIn. You can find the right personas there and also figure out who are in need of your service.

If you can get sales navigator, nothing like it. You can definitely expand your outreach by Inmails.

Cold emails when followed up multiple times, too get results.

If you can’t call international, have you tried tools like TextNow?

Phone will be your best friend, even though you are selling globally there are still markets that you could be able to effectively call.

For the markets that are not in effective time zones use multiple touch points (email, linkedin, etc.) to try and work your point across.

Good luck to you!

Sales Rep
Are you the only sales rep, what were they doing before you started at the company? If they is any other reps, I would shadow them and learn how they stay organized.

I would looking a case studies and find similar companies within your territory and focus on them.

On your outreach you need to multi-thread: call, email, linkedin, snail mail

I meant more internally at your company. I assumed there has been a current customer story about why they bought.

In that case I would look at your competitors to find who are their customers and the value the customers saw

I have never been in that situation though, just giving my 2 cents

I say more than just the phone. Get really crisp about who it is you want to target and then be strategic for how you get in touch. Email, phone, LinkedIn, hand written notes, swag, dinners, etc.

also only helpful if the deals are big enough.

How many cold emails are you sending to each contact? Have you personalized them?

The job board space is owned by a few major key players. I would set up an auto email sequence with at least 6 emails over the span of 5 weeks. Your dealing with HR personnel. In my experience emails have been a responsive method to capture clients but you have to EMPHASIZE why your platform is better than Linkedin or Indeed.

Does your platform integrate well with HRIS or ATS systems?

There is a lot to this.

Start with narrowing down your ideal customer profile. It sounds like you have a very wide scope, and talking to everyone in every country is probably not the best solution.

Next, find out where those people hang out. There may be a Reddit page, LinkedIn group, Podcast, or Facebook group that can tie a lot of them together on that place. Become a regular in that area.

Create a content strategy based on where they are. If they are not reading their emails, what are they reading? What do they like? What problems are you able to solve for them?

B2B or B2C?

Either way if you're starting off you can scale an outreach campaign using something like lemlist

Hello all, new to the group and very happy to be here. To those who have been using the platform... what is your best advice on how to beat use the war room to start networking, contributing, and getting the most out of it. Think back to what you wish someone told you when you first joined. TY!

I'm working in Industrial robotic solution providing company. As in India idk how to sell robotic solution(B2B) as I do not have contacts any advice? P.S: - LinkedIn is not useful tool for B2B sales in India because most of people use it as Facebook or for job hunting 🙁

I’m in the cloud contact center technology space, having a hell of a time getting a second interview, and I think it’s because I am getting stuck. Instead, they do not like my response to the following question “what are your goals with this new role.” Any guidance would be appreciated.
