How can I improve my resume?

This is the resume I put together with help from a career coach. It can't be very good if it's not getting me interviews (I should ask for a refund). Maybe it needs to be cut down, maybe I've got the wrong stuff highlighted. Any insight would be very helpful.

Here's a start:
(1) Format - somehow it went 3 pages with page 3 being blank. A PDF version would deal with that.(2) You aren't capturing my attention from the start. Starting with your areas of expertise limits you, IMO.(3) I advise people to start with a "Professional Summary". An easy-to-read 2-3 sentence paragraph followed with 3 bullets highlighting either you best accomplishments or experience most closely related to the job you are applying for.(4) I would lead with job with Quota Attainment, assuming its >100%. Every bullet should be an accomplishment. Don't tell me your job description, tell me what you can do for me.

Overall its a good resume, you just need to have something up at the top which grabs my attention and screams "HIRE ME".

Seems pretty solid, I would maybe copy/paste from the job description you are applying too and include it in the resume to help. That might help also

Did you miss to write the Q2 attainment deliberately?

When I wrote it, Q2 hadn't been completed. But it's a good point because I don't know what to write about Q2. We do monthly quotas and March is the only month I hit quota (it was the only month I had a quota in Q1 since January and February were training/onboarding). I've been consistently at ~40% each month since.
