How have underperforming coworkers tried to bring you down?

Recently this asshole at my work complained to my manager about me not following our AE round robin for AEs and favoring a couple AEs. He's a consistent underperformer and been in the hot seat several times for his performance. Fuck this guy for trying to throw shade for sucking ass at sales. I hope he sees a therapist and gets his shit worked out.

I thought based on the title of this post it was going to be a different topic….😆😆 as a leader the shade comes hardest usually from those who provide the lowest value. I will say, one of my earlier leaders told me something I’d never forgot, surround yourself by people who are positive influences on your life and career, not anchors who radiate negativity

My manager called my on Friday afternoon to have a chat and then he also used it as an opportunity to call me out for not being by my computer for the last two hours as well as having low volume for the day. I am leading the pack for the month and I do that every month will call volume. My sales manager hates that

Scapegoats, are the worst. Had one that didn't bring in anything for 4 months and then in the 5th month started Chinese whispering against me saying I was the problem. Started the whole 'I can't work due to him' (never spoke to her due to working remote). She got fired. put me through hell though.
