Honestly, the sales team should push back. It's EOY. People on are vacation physically, and if not, mentally. Dropping these hot leads into a cadence is most likely going to product subpar results than if you wait until '24.
Exactly. I'm doing account research on targets, but not starting any outreach until next year. Just getting myself set up. Anything more than that will just be pointless.

I have a ton of leads, sandbagging everything until first week of January since I already crushed most KPIs. Another deal now means little, a few deals first week of Jan to start strong builds that early momentum.
