I'll go first. 1. two kinds . --2.Caffeine, sugar -----3. EVERY DAMN DAY SON, 2 coffees usually, lots of cookies. ( used to smoke weed heavily last 10 years, sober 7 months now) 4. Sales has a mental toll on me that makes me balance between believing I am a manifesting God who can make money fall out of thin air and my job is the only one that matter and I'm an underperforming POS who can't qualify shit or make prospects showup.

or balancing between, I rule the fucking world and whatever the fuck it is that day 18 times a day.

2. CBD, CBD w valerian root (not a drug but makes you super sleepy) and more CBD.

Used PWO's for awhile, then just scaled back to Monster a few years ago.

My new year's resolution was to kick energy drinks all together and switch to coffee.

Not that this is solving my caffeine problem... but it feels like I'm making progress.
