And if anyone's wondering, pure outbound yes it converts. 100 dials to one meeting is the ratio

50 doesn't seem like that many.. Unless you're keeping things HIGHLY personalized.

If you're a BDR, your role is to cast the wide net compared to a more focused AE approach.

I basically try to match my KPI amount of dial needed, if I do 3 touches a week and need 150 total in outreach, I have 50 prospects. Plus 10 back-ups for when I set meetings/get a no

Max it based on your account list, but ensure they're the right people, you're A/B testing, and the dials are HIGH.

Focus on the executive suite with personalized messaging with editable fields within your tools too.

Top of the funnel - there should be a lot. Of course the best BDRs will have the right targets in play as well.

Sequences are all about volume and messaging. Once there is a response, you can act on them. With low single digit response rates, you would get around 1 response for every 20-50 emails you send in a sequence.

I think it depends a lot on the level of effort you need in a sequence. My company sucks and we have 0 resources for sequencing, so I'm manually executing each step. I'm also an AE (read: the only sales person at a smaller company) so I'm working on the full stack of sales activity all the time.

If you're a BDR and you've got a tool, shoot for the freaking moon and make it up once people actually get back to you.

If youโ€™re a bdr and have less than 50 prospects in a sequence what is the company even paying you for? An AE could easily do that on their own on top of their normal workload and save the company the cost of another employee
