People have experienced mixed success rates from outsourced lead generation and appointment services. I know this market is cluttered. But in times when opening new doors for the deal is getting tougher, I want to offer my expertise as a Fractional AE to help out others while I am looking for a better full-time role.
While ofcourse it all depends on "Quality" of leads. If I guarantee you I am an AE in B2B SaaS (focussed on CIO/CFO Personas) who is at par with your top 20% salesforce and while I can not come on-board fulltime (because you don't have headcount open)
How much are you willing to pay per qualified lead?
Backdrop: I used to be AM for high ticket SaaS then Services Sales Director, but company laid-off and closed offices due to poor mgmt decision. While looking for work I started helping companies in my network to pay me for performance and help setup outbound sales processes. Due to so much noise in the appointment setting market I get surprising expectation from a few people. Some people say they have paid 25-500 dollar per lead and some people pay upto 20% of ACV. how much would this be worth to you in your role for B2B SaaS that transacts between 12k to 150k ACV.
