No magic pill. Be okay with hearing no, understand you’ll make mistakes, and keep dialing.

Look at some of your previous work and discussions with clients and pick up from there with the same energy and enthusiasm.
Make a ton of calls is really the only way to knock off rust. You could say "listen to good calls from other reps" or "practice a lot" and that could help you feel more comfortable, but nothing will actually help more than doing it
That's all what we gotta do just Smile And Dial. It'll only just take you a week I believe and you'll come back again as a beast👍Now..:)
Just start making the calls, like riding a bike, you don't forget but it takes some time to pop a wheelie.

Rip the band aid off and do it. Accept that it wont be perfect and make sure to learn from your mistakes
I agree with everyone who says just get going. The only thing that you can control is your activity and behavior. Behavior (confidence) takes a little time. But rely on your competence and it will only be a matter of time until you are handling your business.
