I Made My First Sale Today

Long story short, after unsuccessfully trying to land a sales job, I decided to launch my own business.

Today, I rendered my services for free to a prospect and they were so impressed with my work, they offered to pay me. And that was my plan all along.

It feels so good to have my first sale.

I've been dragging this for too long and now I want to kick myself in the butt for not having the gut to go through it all this time. (Lesson #1)

And by that, I mean outreach: cold calls and cold emails.

I learned so much from this sale than I did thinking and watching videos about sales. Or maybe the fruits are finally paying off. (Lesson #2)

So if you are like me, don’t wait to do your own thing like I did. The ROI on going for it is insane. You’ll probably do better than you think. Ditch the limiting beliefs and the gurus. Hang with savages.
