Inbound vs Outbound

So at some point I had to choose between two offers both at sales one to handle inbound calls and the other was for outbound calls and the commission at the outbound one was relatively higher but it takes a big effort for having cold leads however the inbound one gets me customers who already know about our company that gets the deal easier to close, should I regret letting go the first offer or just be satisfied with the one I'm having right now?

That's entirely your decision. Don't fret over what someone else would do.

living with regret is never a good idea. i would focus on the positives of what you currently doing. If down the road you want to switch it up, then thats cool
