Interview with VP Sales

Hi Everyone,

Firstly, thank you for helping and guiding me on my previous questions. The feedback meant a lot and helped me reach the final round of Interviews.

The final round is with the Senior VP of Global Sales but the agenda isn't shared with me. Can someone please help me with what kind of questions should I prepare for the interview? What do VP sales look for and interview for?

Search Bar, SalesGPT, Google are you best bets for question lists.

What he's looking for - can you do the job and do you fit in. That's the general criteria unless they have a weird interview process (like Amazon does).

The first person you need to go ask is the recruiter. If the recruiter wants you to do well on it, they should have some insights for you on the interview agenda/style/all that.

Do a bunch of research on this person, the more time you can get them talking about themselves or experience the more info you get about the person you're going to potentially work for and the less time they have to either ask you "gotcha" questions.
