Interviewing with a Sales Engineering Question

Made it to final round of interviews and one of the hour long sessions in this virtual panel is with the Director of Sales Engineering. What are some questions you would ask? Looking for something more out the box. For example I usually ask "what book would you recommend to a sales rep to read before starting here?" Since they blocked out an hour with engineering I want to have a few additional questions that could create conversation.

I don’t know about books, I usually try to make it about impact for them.
Tell me about the best reps your team works with. What makes them stand out?
What are the key elements your team needs from sales to ensure a successful engagement?
What are the biggest challenges your team sees in working with clients that I could help alleviate?
What’s the best way I can ensure you hit your bonus?
What’s the win rate for deals your team is involved in?
Why do deals your team is involved in not close and how can I help improve that rate?
From your perspective, what does / doesn’t the solution do really well?

There are tons of resources on Bravado already. One eg.  https://bravado.co/war-room/posts/what-are-some-good-questions-to-ask-at-a-sales-interview

Just search it and I'm sure you can steal 3-4 questions thats all you might want to ask.

I'd want to understand the SE/SC relationship and plan, and his/her perspective of how it should best work.  I'd also want to understand the level of support during ramp and how that will or might change once your feet are under you.
Finally, I'd look at chadilac's points about impact for them.  While you want to understand their org and find out if this is a fit for you, you also want them to understand that you will bring value to their team.
