The only 'sales' book I found great value in is not exactly a sales book. Never Split the Difference is amazing, and focusing on deep empathy and psychology. I find most true sales books to be the most boring fucking reads.

SPIN is great for methodology and approach. Worth a read for the fundamentals.

Yes. Its important to have some sort of methodology in your repertoire as you work larger and larger accounts.

Blinkist will have a summary of the book, but I highly recommend actually reading a paper version so you can highlight and take notes on what you feel is important.

Learning what it is and how to use it is valuable, I wouldn’t spend much time though

search SPIN Selling in a podcast search, I did that for a different book and found a podcast that went through chapter by chapter and pulled out the key lessons in less than an hour

SPIN Selling helped me transition from transactional sales to more consultative. After reading for the first time and taking notes, it helped me with the role-play portion of my interview which landed me an offer then and there. Do with that information what you will!
