If you haven't yet start shadowing the top rep and get a clear 30-60-90 from them. Knock out as much LMS training as you can in the beginning before you start getting busy too

One of my question is, if you are working for Salesforce, when you ask people what CRM they use, they don't hold back and tell you but when you are working in the cyber security business nobody wants tot tell you their current vendors because it is risky.
So how do you go about gathering information from below the belt people before you go up to the CISO?
