Just wanna complain

I've been working at a crm software company for over a year now, there has been so many layoff And restructuring of teams. I have been a bdr and have hit more than a year here. there is zero openings for AE internally. only externally, my accounts have been switch 3 times in the last 2 months and they have increased quota 60%! I am trying to stick it out because I want to become an AE. but I am honestly so fed up with how the company has changed and has become so micromanaged and metric obsessed. my accounts have changed so much much in the last two months that I can't keep up and have to start over with out reach and learn a new POV it's been hard to get the opportunities at goal. i use to be able to hit quota and have a good work life balance but now I am depressed with how it is. I want to keep pushing but I am honestly so upset with how the company is acting. They also keep doing more layoffs and they've stoppped addressing it.
