Kick-off meetings

How are you feeling after the kick-off meeting at the beginning of the year with your manager where all promises and changes are announced - but nothing ever happens after this?

I always feel super confident that things will change, but now, at the end of Q1, I can see that as always, things stay the same - super frustrating for me! How is your experience?

do you believe what they promise?

You can usually gauge this by what happened in the previous quarter. Also going into the KO knowing not everything will come to fruition is key.ย

well strategically I see some change but tactically nothing is changing. What do I mean by saying that?
I mean that from top level I see some moves being made. However things like hiring people in our team even though start as a priority in the beginning of the year end up in the back seat by next Q
