Light at the end of the Tunnel?

Hey gang,

With the market conditions being the way they're I've concluded were in a recession. For those who have been through one, what is like afterwards for the companies that survived these brutal times.

I'm optimistic about my companies future so I'm curious what lies ahead for those who see through these turbulent markets.

It is what it is. I don't dwell much on things I can't control (recession, receding hairline, the 60 year old guy sitting next to me on the airplane who doesn't know how to use his headphones while watching Katy Perry videos).

If you are nervous, I'd suggest looking for recession resistant niches (health care, elderly care, etc.).

Boom & bust cycles are as old as time itself.
And honestly, I think the better word is "cautious" not "turbulent" with regard to the markets at the moment.

I guess just do what you can. I think sometimes it's worse thinking about it all and then I at least get all worried and anxious and all these things. So just focus your mind elsewhere when possible.

Do what you can, where you are at, with what you have. Everything else is noise. Don't get distracted with things out of your control. All it will do is create a negative feedback loop that costs you time, money, and energy.
