Looking for a new SE role

Hi all,

Im looking to get into another SE role but I dont have a ton of techinical experience, the roles out there that I have seen requires so much.

I do have a background in IT/cyber security. Honestly I am looking for a role I can grow into that doesnt have a bunch of technical requirement.

Any insider or recomendations you guys have?

One option at some companies is to support in more of a support function and work your way into SE. if you go this route, I’d qualify companies on this promotion path during the interview process

I can't think of another way other than this. SE is generally, by definition, a very technical role.
