They call me Daddy, Sales Daddy
go read some books - SPIN, GAP, Eat Their Lunch
That way, if/when you do take a course, it will mean much more to you and be more applicable to your world.

Lots of similar threads if you search. Are you transitioning within the org or another company?

Ask to shadow some of the pple in your org, see how they do it, model it after that bc you can see what works and doesn’t. Watch YouTube videos from sales trainers a lot of pple don’t like them, but take what you like and make it more you’re style.

Make it super simple.

Go to your company’s CRM.
Look at all the deal stages associated with the sales cycle.

Reach out to AES, sales managers, even ask the sales VP for time across one specific area to improve upon.

When you ask for time, have an agenda that is specific to what you want to discuss so they know how to help you.

If you want to get good at sales, get good at the sales processes that are employed. Challenger and Sandler aren’t the ticket.

I’ve been selling for 5+ years. Have been in selling SAAS for the last year or so. Looking for a individual sales coach to help with the transition. I see a lot of sales academy that I can buy but I’m looking for 1:1 sales coaching. Anyone have any recommendations?
