Need HELP- Looking for SDRs!

Hi team- hoping some of you can help me here!

I'm looking for motivated SDRs to join my team. The goal is to book meetings, of course....

We would like these SDRs to be focused on social, linkedin, instagram, etc. They will need to be comfortable making calls and sending emails, but also will be responsible to create content and prospect through social.

The position is in tech and completely 100% remote. No experience is needed.

Anyone interested or have ideas of how to hire for a position like this?
