Need help with refining our prospecting

Hello I currently work at a cybersecurity email company and our cold outreach needs a little help. Here are some problems that we currently face.

1. Since we are a cybersecurity company some of our emails will never be opened as other cybersecurity companies block our email addresses since they don't want competition.

2. We use seamless and it's personally garabage. I would say only 20% of cold call will even go thru.

3. We are selling the same thing as every other security company which is email security. in a couple words how can we differentiate ourselves besides we are very large.

What I'm looking for:
1. How do you guys utilize LinkedIn outreach in the cybersecurity space
2. What are other creative ideas on how to outreach to  people

LinkedIn will yield same results as email (perhaps less).
You need to figure out how to stand out and hone your ICP.

We have our ICP I really don’t like how we use sequences for our cold email outreach. It’s not personalized enough and I feel like all our emails go straight to spam which is annoying. I’m only an intern and my advice would be taken with a grain of salt.

Then I'd focus on just learning how the BDR/SDR tech stack works. Having real experience using CRM and sequencing tools will make you a better candidate when you graduate.
If you're not getting paid per meetings booked it's not worth your time to rock the boat.

Simple answer - don’t cold email.

You will need to cold call. Yes, picking up a phone may hurt, but sending emails doesn’t work.

Invest in in-person events too. Target niche industries instead of cyber &/or security events.

Our cold call numbers aren't accurate bc of seamless 💀 only 39% are actually accurate giving seamless the benefit of doubt

How exactly would you know? You have stated that you don’t call or email. If I didn’t know better, I might think you just show up to complain.

Because we switched from zoom info and noticed that the phone numbers aren't working that well. I also pulled 50 companies with 2 contacts from each and literally calculated it myself. The numbers suck

If you understand your ICP then you know they don’t respond to cold anything. You may need to build programs that reach them where they are: Industry Sites and Conferences.

Cold cuts. Contrary view, perhaps. But CISOs are known for their affinity for turkey.

Haha sounds like the world I live in.
I guess:- Don't focus on problems. Focus on positive sides. You'll face competition absolutely everywhere. Don't listen.-Increase the call amounts. Hey 20% gets through so make it stronger- Be grateful. No honestly. Most likely everyone knows that stuff is not working, keep coming up with little things to help- Something in exchange for a meeting?-Send same message on LinkedIn. Either use Sales Nav or if no Sales Nav then LinkedIn connect and message. Follow people. Engage in conversations. -Email security is something that sells. People need it and will buy it- Texting and WhatsApping people. Don't tell your managers because could be against company policies but it works- Work with other departments with constantly trying to be very helpful
Best of luck

3 is really going to need to be an internal thing. Unfortunately, no one here knows your company enough to help with pushing differentiation, but that is going to be crucial as figuring out your unique value prop is really the only way to incite change in organizations with something already in place.

Haven't you tried to cold call instead, besides I would advise to get your best tech guys to work out something about your blocked emails from reaching out your prospects by your competitors,I believe it should be an easy one being a large CS corp, otherwise your company gotta block theirs back after sending em a warning.
