NO MARKETING $$$

Our company is still pretty young and when it comes to marketing leadership says "we've done everything" NOT! and now we have no marketing budget and no real marketing at all but we get asked everyday "where's the sales" and if you remember any of my earlier posts, these relics refuse to do more than 20 calls a day because then they would be a call center. So I thought I'd bring it to the savages, HOW CAN YOU WIN WITHOUT MASRKETING???

Working on the exit strategy. Everything I was hired to do or asked to come up with gets tossed because they won't spend the $$ to turn on all the automation and the team won't do it. I will say my salary doesn't suck for Buffalo but believe you me I'm on the trade blocks. This QB needs a new team.

It can be done without marketing but gotta pick up that phone! Networking, trade shows, referral programs will also help but nothing will make up for hard work. There’s no easy button.

FYI, I paid for college by working in a call center. Everybody wants to hate on them but they aren’t so bad😁

You’d need some targeted account selling strategies. It’s a heavier lift on the part of sales but you can’t hedge your success waiting for other departments to get their acts together
